impulse OPC/UA

impulse Workbench extension
OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) is an industrial M2M communication protocol for interoperability, developed by the OPC Foundation and the successor of the COM/DCOM-based OPC protocol.

With this extension, you can use Eclipse/impulse as backend for OPC/UA.

Navigate through your server's node hierarchy, define subscriptions for variables and objects, and track variable data and event notifications. Use scripts to set variables or call server methods.

The user interface simplifies the configuration of multiple parallel connections.

Easy and Comfortable OPC/UA Client Configuration

Navigate the node hierarchy of your server and subscriptions.

Connect and Capture Process Data

Connect to your target, display online data, annotate the traces and save to file.

Inspect Nodes and Configure Subscriptions

Browse the attributes of the object and variable nodes. Define subscription parameters like sample rate, event attributes and trigger definitions.

OPC/UA Adapter

The OPC/UA Adapter is based on the Eclipse Milo OPC/UA implementation (Kevin Herron).
